I only the gaia section would say " required 100 posts and also requires a member to be a forum.member for longer than 10 days"

Then will get some active players

force people to be active then they are allowed get there hacks and stuff.

I remember when zerozaku had a 250 post count on a rally client, I spent over 3 months, and never got the client
