how come good karma dont work

When u do something bad to somethinf bad happens to you no matter what

But when ypu do something good to someone for ex. I always give spare change to the homless, sometimes $5 dollar bills, but i never see nothing good hapoen to me ):

because cause people need to start smoking it more frequently.

Do good without wanting in return. Otherwise you're not being selfless, you're just trying to buy a reward. That's called a transaction, not karma.
