I don't know much aboout the music industry but how exactly is she busy? I dont think she does concerts every day, and she doesn't come up with a new song every day neither so what could she be possibly doing that cant allow her to take ONE day off to sing with ariana, what does she do all day?

The real reason is she's not going to spend time travelling with ariana and potentially losing money for one song. If they happen to be in the same place at the same time then if would have a higher chance of happening, but iggy is working on a lot of stuff and she's not going to drop everything for one song.
