[HELP] works at el pollo loco???????????

i started working there as a so called " preparator" where i make the food and give it to the people in the front.

Does anyone else work in the same position>?

Is there like a book i can read to study and memorize about all the food and stuff.

i will like to keep this job but i keep forgetting stuff about it.

my mom is a manager here.. ahaha
