I always wondered ? Is this site more black hat or white hat ? Say If I placed "how to set-up a RAT " In the donor section would that been fine ?

What hat, but black hat tolerant. The Marketplace is full of hacked accounts and hacking tools. But any discussion about protection and security from exploits and hack attempts, or any other advice-seeking, is just as welcome if not moreso.
