Damn it Youtube.
Does anyone else have the problem where Youtube will randomly load slow at some point during the day?
Like EXTREMELY slow.

It's been getting on my nerves a lot lately.

Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) probably throttles your internet speeds at the high-traffic point of the day. Some cheap (read: cheap as in they're rich and they rip off their customers. Not cheap as in inexpensive) ISPs do this to save money on their customers who are on the lower-quality plans.

My ISP is a fucking bitch, I have Wide Open West (WOW). Because I'm on one of the lowest price plans (My parents are cheap lol) the highest download speed I have ever gotten at my house is 300kbps. I normally get 256kbps max, even though we're supposed to be getting 1-2mbps. gay.
