My iPhone has a personal hotspot, it's a 3rd gen, not the newer ones, plus my computer isn't bluetooth either, yes I'm cheap shut the hell up lol.

Or you could try local electronics markets or WalMart/Best Buy or something. You don't even have to be that specific. They'll know what you want if you give them a sufficient description or bring your iPhone device there.
