Not an exploit per se, but an account hijacking. Hacking someone wouldn't be an exploit, an exploit would be finding a way to obtain cleartext passwords through some malfunctioning form or something.
Though, if this picture is real, hijacking the "Admin" account would be fairly commendable. The method in which you did it, as long as it wasn't just hacking their email, could be considered an exploit I guess.
