SO I see you all are into like programming and computers and Im actually very interested. do any of you do HTMLs, like tumblr things?

I run and maintain a few websites, and I manage a few personal blogs. With a lot of the design platforms it's very rare that you're actually going to need to know how to code. With Tumblr you don't really need much experience with HTML code just look up the basics and you'll figure it out from there.

I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt that it's at least better than Dreamweaver.

I would say Dreamweaver is better since it's just a WYSIWYG IDE (still extremely bad) as opposed to Wix being an entire horrendously built Flash-based, drag-and-drop/point-and-click framework.
Basically, you write more code in Dreamweaver than in Wix whereas you basically toss ready-made templates around.
Just the thought of it makes me genuinely shiver. Or is that just the current temperature in my house.
Either way: Dreamweaver is bad. Wix is absolutely and completely vomit-inducing, downright terrible.
Perhaps that was going a little overboard for two tools that are simply plain sucky. Oh well.
