No hard feelings. We had a high staff member:active member ratio, so we had to migrate some staff members to a non-staff rank. There were quite a few who were inactive (I think if memory serves you'd performed a single administrative action all year). The same applied to those others who were demoted.

@Alex: No hard feelings man. Being in Afghanistan has made it pretty hard to do anything in that rank. That and there was only so much I could do without being a programmer or something.
