I generally sell them for Team Fortress 2 items, or other items on Steam. They just recently added Dota 2 items. There also be Portal 2 items, and Spiral Knights items, and games.

Otherwise, dunno what else I can trade them for. But anything useful. Or anything I can trade in turn for TF2 items.
