Actually, I don't know how but I do know LG can track VPN's quite well. It's quite hilarious 

How would they trace you back through a VPN? o.o I mean, I know they can do an IP lookup and see if the IP is a proxy server, but can they actually trace you back through it?

The short answer is yes. If you want the long answer, I don't know how it's done. I'm very aware that Thomas or Arti is capable of doing it atleast.

Actually, admin just has to look at your previous static IP and then you are tracked.

Well say your in Montana, but your re-routing your ip though Hamburg Germany. It is very possible (if your familiar with the VPNS network) to see whos connected to what server and what ip they are accessing the server from.
