I still do it.

Or make a little room, put in a shitty stove and filling the room with cheap plants and what not, make the sim cook something, cancel their action and make them forget about the stuff in the stove. Then remove the door.

In the sims busted out when I got a child I didnt like I made a room full of boxes and put a chimney in there less than 5 mins the room would be engulfed in flames. More babies <__>
