ram is still shipping and motherboard dies

RMA?....And, The motherboard was given to me, its about a year or two old.

Removed the ram from it to check it type to order some, Ordered it, got confirm from newegg that it being sent by UPS and had left to come to me. then I turn off the desktop, plug the ram back in, Blammo, wont boot to bios. No matter what hardware changes I make.

The ram, not the motherboard. Return it, since you don't have a use for it anymore.

Well yeah I can...but bleh, Still wasted time and money, I could be putting that cash to good use. instead of having it all tied up in this.
