Photo shop help [Stupid question!]

Please don't flame me for this but how do you resize a picture in photo shop because ive been trying for so long and im clueless i just got photo shop yesterday and ive been messing with it.

Image > Image Size...

Kdone.

Now all someone has to do is post the "let me Google that for you" shit.

Really? I just know about the chocolate chip pop tarts.

Chocolate fudge, chocolate chip, chocolate chip cookie dough. Pop tarts are amazing.

The chocolate ones are even better after heating them up for a few seconds.
