Need some help
I plan on making a music video what would i need?

Music, pro camera, pro camera person, concept, people, video and audio editing software, time, a computer, and to watch some youtube videos about making music videos.
If you're talking about like doing for yourself/band/other band then per-record the song no matter what. No one actually plays/preforms in music videos.

Not watching. Assume it involves dancing. You face sing and sync music with dance you make up and practice after your preform it.

Vagas Pro 11 (sony vegas), Adobe after effects cs5.5 are my favorite video editors.
I think adobe after effects would be good for you because it has an option that eliminates all "shake" from a camera .
So you can be moving and have it look like it was on a caddy.
