That's really great to hear.
I work in a 5 star restaurant and my brother goes to Culinary School (NECI - New england culinary institute).
I'm a dishwasher right now, but I'm learning Tapas (sushi-shef-esque bar prep) and moving up to prep cook and soon head chef.
It's a great career and the best place to learn.

Fuck it. We all need to go into culinary and business stuff and open a restaurant chain and use it as a front to take over the world. That or Raivu, Kain, and I need to form a power trio to become the last American heroes! Soul heroes in our soul mobile touring the world making oodles of money and then employing the rest of you to live in our large mansions and lurk on LG.
