Unless PS3 starts charging for online play (which I heard it will), then you might as well get a 360.
$150 worth of games is great. That'd be ~5. But unless they're children, the DS line up doesn't include that many compelling games.
Of course a laptop is better. Unless it's for someone who requires an epic laptop (such as myself) for gaming and whatnot. Then the Touch is better.
The Kindle is expensive and not that great. And anyone who doesn't have a DVD Player needs one ASAP.
