chris chins sigs where better than this and they were a solid 1-2/10.
I can see that you just started using photoshop, so expectations are not high.
I say you should start experimenting with backgrounds, mainly because if you want a good sig, you want a good background.
watch a few youtube signature tutorials, they help a lot.
Try to make colors blend you start using backgrounds/renders etc.

Also you should start playing around with renders they are more simple in my opinion.
These sigs look like you just threw a bunch of colors together and no effort.
Edit also your sig is blurry and that probably from tinypic. Use a different host tiny pic lowers the res.
