A few notes to lurkers who are actually worried about gran.

1) Gaia has already tried to take action against LG and failed. There is absolutely nothing they can do without infringing the rights of LG to try to gain information. Illegally obtained information is worse than no information at all in the court of law.

2) Gran is like 16. He's a girly cry baby, quit believing what he says.

3) Changing your IP is not physically possible in many cases. If he were any kind of intelligent, he'd realize he's a retard because Gaia doesn't care about small fish. Even if they did take action, the owner would be "punished" (not that Arti will get in any trouble =p since it won't happen). The members will be left unharmed, have nothing to do with it, and finally, our gaia requesting our IPs without some form of lawful reasoning and subpoena is not of relevance to the case and does not aid in locating each and every one on LG.

4) His mouth is full of utter garbage. Really, if you believe this you're a total jackwad. Thankfully you're lurking so we can't call you out on it.

We should add something to the ToS like "No persons currently employed at Gaia Interactive may join this website or interact with it besides closing this page." xD So any Gaia staff would have to infringe the ToS to get access, or they would have to have someone who doesn't work at the company help them lol

You can put an additional clause saying "no information provided on this site may be given to Gaia online by any direct or indirect associates, looking to provide content from this forum to Gala Inc. or any other company. Any infringers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law" blah blah, legal junk like that. I'm no lawyer, but I'm positive by adding an additional clause like that, even if they get outside help to gather evidence, it wouldn't hold in the court of law.
