Just made home-made asian noodles

With soy sauce, sesame oil, egg omlette and some chinese vegetables. It tastes balla.

You should enlighten me brad. In seriousness, I live in the US and I have no idea which way my water flows. As if I'd know which way it was in China. Though if I knew one, I could make an educated guess on the other.

Why spend time making something that is so cheap to just buy?... I mean sure, practice, but why not do something more... expensive...?

Dude. It took me 15 minutes at most, and there really aren't all that many ramen shops around where I live. Probably none actually. My parent's restaurant is closest there is, and even then, restaurant and homecooked food has a different taste to it. I just had the urge is all, I guess =P
