You can outsource it on fiverr. It's what my battleplan is for my new paid to post forum <3
You should focus on onsite optimisation first. After that, go for offsite.

Well, considering so many people target Modern Warfare 3/COD In general, you'll have to do good. Shouldn't be too hard considering many give up and lose hope quickly and don't excel far. But theres just so many things for it. Good luck though.
