Is there a proxy site..

That changes IP everytime you refresh it. I got this adoptable on my signature and I need a fast way of leveling it up easily. But you need a new IP everytime as it says "You've already fed it"

Basically i'm asking for a proxy site that changes IPs at every refresh/search
