Dog problems, help ?

Well i have a pug (fat) named Jabba (jabba the hut from starwars) and he recently got into some paperclips and ate them, so yeah 2 of them are logged into his stomach and intestines, I am giving him laxatives but doesn't seem trk, surgery is going to cost 1,500 dollars and I am nowhere close the the payment, any ideas?
