Go down to the bottom Click on The diffrent styles for the FOrum. Click Illumiate

On the Main theme, they haven't add in the chatbar..
However, if you want to USE the chat change ur theme to Minimal

I just use whatever theme it puts me on. xD

minimal isnt an option for me

I tried adding the chat to the new theme but I'm guessing it's not compatible because it didn't work. I'll look into it later.
