Only $80? Art class cost me a about $100 in supplies.
BlakeHarrison - Santa Fe College - RateMyProfessors.com
Actually enjoyed the class because professor was 70s holdover and had fried his mind on acid. He was so freaking awesome to hangout with. Plus he did actually know what he was talking about.

Well 80$ via google shopping. You have to keep in mind I don't spend money on anything so 80$ is a lot to me.
That's awesome but doesn't answer my question. Yay or nay? Lol
Because I'm debating just ponying up more money and paying for a better art class where I feel I can learn something.

Debating taking:
Visual Arts Class - Drawing: Drawing the Still Life - Phoenix - Arizona - Mesa
or
Visual Arts Class - Drawing: I Can't Believe It's Colered Pencil - Phoenix - Arizona - Mesa

The lady's colored pencil work is amazing. This shows her step by step technique.

Art classes in college cost me 150$ per kit.
Long story short, buy your supplies from a craft store, instead of a student store.
Get books from Amazon too.
