Is it possible to hook up your PS3 to an iMac Monitor? I know it doesn't have the video input thing (Red, White, Yellow, etc) but isn't there like a USB adapter that will allow this?

You have the older iMac, so not natively. But yes, with a usb adapter.

Audio function is NOT supported on all models released before April 2010.

Get a 3.5mm to rca adapter then plug it to the line in and you'll be good.
