Things are going to change around here. We haven't been doing our job the way they should be done. Flaming is now going to be taken care of. LG is a family, all members, especially new ones. Old members are the patriarchs of LG, and the new members are the children. Everyone will be treated equally and accepted into the community.

If all members are to be treated the same, I don't think a patriarchy is the best analogy.

Exactly what Chad said. We were here first so we should mentor the new people, not flame and pick at them until they leave. We only did that to those that deserved it in 1.o. but now we do to almost anyone that wasn't in 1.o, which is like 60% of the users.

As fun as drama can be at times, being on the butt end of a flamestick hurts not only the user, but the community as well. Please take into consideration what your actions may do to LG before performing them.
