router help?

i think i my parents made it so i get kicked off the internet at 100.
i want to go into y router settings and change it but i cant find the ip for my router.

its an at&t 2wire wireless modem attached to and apple router.

If it's an airport express/extreme/base station download apple's tool for changing settings.

Google find my ip.
Type that into the URL bar.
It will require a username and password.

It would be the local address, 192.168.***.**. But Apple's tool will be much simpler.

will appletools still work for me ? its only an apple router because my parents have an imac, i have a pc.
come to think of it, i think the 2wire is a modem/router. so there just hooking up a router to a router
