U.S bank is gonna start charging 6.99 a month, for a free checking account. Wtf. They already make money by not giving us interest. This is bull shit. And now the government is supposed to be shutting down. Wtf is up with this shit. American troops better get fucking paid.

No troop is getting paid, technically.
Only 2 banks that work for the military will be paying its military and DoD members, the rest of the people with other banks will not be getting paid. Smart idea right?

There are very few military banks like Navy Fed and Marine Fed. USAA is like those two, but its not offering the same deal. But from what I heard, the budget just passed a few hours ago, with like $39,ooo,ooo,ooo in cuts in agriculture and something else.
