Cannot get a checking account.
I've been trying to get a checking account from u.s bank. And I cannot get one at all. They ask me if I have id. I show it to them. They're like since this is a temp I.d we are going to need another form of address verification. Then I tell them that I have a p.o box and they say that I cannot open an account because I can't verify my address.. Wtf. All of my mail goes to my p.o box.

Is there a way to get around this? Maybe forge a receipt or document? Or is it only u.s bank that does this?

Records of rent payment, or if you own the house, gas payment or something. It should have your address. Cell phone bill.
School address. Should be proof enough.

I just turned 18, I still live with my parents. My motorcycles and cars I own aren't in my name. I pay my parents for my phone. My school mails my information to my p.o box.
What do?

You tell them that. And bring all the payment proof with you.

I've already tried, even brought my social security. All they said is without proof of my address, there is nothing they can do.

What would,or could possibly happen if I take our cell phone bill, scan it, PhotoShop the name to mine and change the p.o box to the home address?

Okay, that's all I wanted to know. I guess I will have to wait for my permanent license to come in the mail.

all they want to do is make sure the address matches the one on my I.d. They aren't gonna analyze the payments or anything. And im pretty Sure I could PhotoShop two blocks of text. But if its really risky its not worth it.
