Women can rape men and do so. Sexual arousal occurs outside of the conscious mind so its far from impossible and even if the man failed to "preform" Viagra would fix him. There are female rapists. Its actually a legit problem in Europe I think, I read something about it last year.

In America, not Europe.
No legally it does count as rape. I think your teacher is just smoking crack or something.
Inb4 clover uses this to her advantage

Lol what? Where did you hear that?
Definitions of rape on the Web:
In criminal law, rape is an assault by a person involving sexual intercourse with another person without that person's consent. ...

Did they feel sorry for your past? Is that why you're on LG, little social issues, scared of being raped again?

Each state has their own laws regarding rape. Most states don't have a defined law on female on male rape or same gender rape.
However this doesn't mean that a female can't rape a male legally.
Edit: There are very few states that don't prosecute for female on male rape.
However that's based on the state not the country as a whole.
@Boo: Rape isn't really something to joke about. :/
Never been raped, but I agree with gangsta and Clov3r.
My teacher said that women can only be tried for statutory rape. But not like, actual rape.

It depends on what state you're in, but most states women can be charged for raping a male.
Whether or not it falls under statutory rape. Just like how different states have different consent laws ect.

Ill be mad if its one ugly stinky bitch raping me, i'll report that bitch.

In Finland men rape other men. True story.
i honestly dont think itd be very easy to rape a guy...ever try having sex with a limp dick? impossible and lame. althoughhhh you could stick something unforgiveable up his ass
thats rape quality right?
thats rape quality right? You can be raped as a man. Fact is, there are cases where it happens. An erection is a physical reaction. If a man gets a hard on, he can be raped, even if he doesn't want to have sex. Its the same thing for a woman. If she gets wet, does that mean that she wants it? No. Physical reactions dictate what is possible.
Side note: Rape is defined as the forced act of sex, unconcentually onto another person. No gender is defined there.

true but that would mean you would have to be in a position where you and that person were somewhat frisky before hand though unless you caught him at a time he had a NRB

Ok so serious question. If you are dating someone and have been for a couple months and even live together and you both get um "intoxicated-x" and he wants to have sex and you dont...and you say no multiple times but he does anyways and you just lay there and bite your tounge and want it to be over with does that count as rape? Or no because you were both intoxicated and were dating?

It is rape, just depends if you can convince a jury...
It is all about convincing the jury. BoobRash said it.
At those saying a man has to be aroused to get it up... There is a "lovely" device called a cock ring.
So even if a man doesn't have a hard on and doesn't want to have sex they (the rapist) just shoves one of those babies on (the person they intend to rape) and the guy is pretty much SOL.
@missangelachristine: That's sort of a messy situation. I suppose it could be considered rape, but I'm not sure I'd personally take that to court or anything.

I think I speak for everyone here... you scare us...
1) it's the Internet, nothing is serious.
2) is it wrong to feel slightly aroused?
