My sister and step mom are up there I'm worried. Along with my aunt and uncle.

From what I can tell they should be fine. I think they've been evacuated. I told her to keep me updated.
I also told my boyfriend to call his mom Oregon. Though he's at work and hasn't gotten back to me yet.
