How the fuck do you add money to Paypal by credit card?

I added the cc to Paypal, confirmed it, and how the fuck do I "Instant" add money... I can't find a fucking option.

I dont think you can.
You can only add a credit card, but can't take money from the card.

It only gives you the option to get money sent from the account... not hte instant shit...

the reason you put credit cards on paypal is to buy shit with it, like on ebay
you cant take money from a credit card on paypal than add said money to your paypal.
