Help please!
It's times like these that remind me that I am human.

I am normally able to keep my emotions suppressed and only show happiness or seriousness under normal and extreme circumstances.

However I have a friend whom is getting into weed and alcohol, I'm not so worried about the weed, even though it does fuck you up psychologically, but the alcohol worries me, I live first hand with an alcoholic and I don't want to see my friend go down the same path.
I attend alateen regularly and though I am told there is nothing I can do, I can't help but feel absolutely terrible.

I'd be more worried about the weed as it is the "gateway drug". I drink once every month or so with a few friends and that is that. Just hope they don't get addicted.

Maybe professional help will help him
Also "Weed" atm is the biggest causes of addiction to drugs .

Lol just lol...
In America we have more of a problem with alcoholics to be honest.

@Eli: Did he just start drinking? How old is he? How much has he been drinking?
I've noticed most kids go through a "party" phase.
I wouldn't really be too worried unless he's like drinking excessively.
