Im downloading it because i want to learn how to make great siggies like Xoom, Eli, xxx, saved, and clover..

You should just get GIMP, you can make quality signatures with it.
And photoshop is real complicated, and takes a loooong time to really get used to.
But good luck. You probably won't be making things yourself without tutorials. Seeing as eli and xxx have natural artistic talent. For example xxx is a good artist and knows how to make artsy flow things. loll
