Wtf alertpay
So i was making an alertpay account, its pretty much the exact same as paypal but you dont need a bank account to activate it. So i was using one of my visa prepaids with about 10 cents on it and im pretty sure it says theres 500$ on it.

am i wrong?

I believe that's how much you can spend. the category above says 'monthly limits'

I noticed that too, but why dosent it just say the balance on the card?
that way i cant over spend. this is confusing. im afraid to buy something because if i dont have the money im pretty sure it will send a bill to my address or something

Edit: nvm i found where it says my available balance. still confuses me though

I think if you are a longer member of that site you get to send more money then 500 dollars.

That is the limit you can spend per item or sending

Is alertpay accepted at very many sites? I'm just curious because this looks like a good alternative to paypal to me.
