Um, also if you consider BET awards and Itunes Award to be of consequence, then sure.
I tend to place emphasis on awards that matter the world over and not to one demographic.
Plus you have to consider that a ton are very specific and didn't exist when Ozzy came out with his stuff.
No one is going back to award Crazy Train or anything like that.

So you really think he'd get all the publicity he has if he never dressed like a dumb ass? Honestly if he didn't expose himself so much, or where such stupid outfits, he wouldn't have ANYWHERE NEAR as many awards/views on youtube/amount of income that he does now.
