Ask the seller to change shipping option to the cheapest possible? Economy shipping/ Regular air takes about a month but is much cheaper...unless your order is huge... Where's it from and how much does it weigh? Otherwise go here:

Tell him to fuck off. Same thing happened to me, I tried to sell this thing and wanted $25 dollars to ship something and this fucker lost it when I told him.

You should look at the shipping details or shipping calculator prior to purchase. If the seller doesnt list it, feel free to refuse to pay.
