Virtual credit cards/etc. Have fun with that. There used to be a user store here that made paypals for you.

Go open a bank account.
Not like it costs anything or has an age limit. Your parents may have to agree, but it's not like a credit card, so you won't be running into debt or some shit.

Buy a VCC/Pre-Paid Visa is what I recommend. Allthough they are FREE when they send it. It will cost about 25.00 USD to activate it, put money on it. ECT.
