You can ask people questions. You just need to male things clear. Apparently your question came out looking like a bribe. Just make sure to type what ypu mean and do a quick check before you send/post so people can understand you and not misinterpret what you're saying.

I am sorry but my English grammer suck i will try to make it better the only reason i want to go to the underground is to learn how to do bot and stuff learn that why cuz here i only post and sell and buy but i want to learn and i don't have stuff so people could rep me i don't got bot to give or stuff to gve out so people could rep me what could i do?

Not in UG. Learning to program and being good at it will get you into UG though, where you might learn more and get even better.
