People should stop fighting over these positions.
What I would like to suggest is people take positions for a certain amount of time and switch off so that way everyone get's a chance on the position not just 1 person for 3 year's or so...

People get replaced for reasons. If someone is doing a great job, why replace them? For instance, Torian is inactive quite a bit(not his fault, I'm sure), but he's still a good admin. Why replace him in a year or whatever?... No. It stays as is. Soul, Google, Chad, Torian, Thomas, please, correct me if I'm wrong.

We all earned our spot. We didn't get a chance just because. If someone wants to get someplace, then I think they should warn it. EXAMPLE: UG Gold.
