Purchasing Giftcards, no one posted so here...

Where can you purchase a giftcard(visa, preferably) with a Paypal account?

Um, most supermarkets and pharmacy's have them. If you're buying online check Walmart.com they should them, and you can go to the visa/mastercard/American express etc home sites and buy them right from there with paypal.

Looking for online purchase only...

You know, you could always apply for the Paypal debit card (not the credit card, and the debit you are guaranteed to get.) and use that to buy giftcards online, and it takes it right out of your paypal account, or you could just use it at stores in your area. Takes about a week to get to you and you can use it right away. (I had one with my old paypal)

Friend's paypal, not mine. My Paypal is locked down with $409.38 on it...
