What program do you use to make bots

The title says all I want to start trying to make gaia bots or email bots stuff like that. Any help is aprectiated in getting started .

Because I are a nub, I use VB6.

Visual studio 2008 is what I use to make all of my programs.

C#.net and programmers notepad.

Well i tryed to download Visual studio 2008 and then it failed... Somthing about window silverlight idk or care but ill try vb anyone got link?

If you would like to be set up for later work. C#, Or another strong OOP Language.

If you just want to make gaia bots for the hell of it. Do visual basic. And be mainstream.

I'm fairly familiar with C#, and VB6, and use a programmers notepad, it helps.
