I cant sleep!
Okay, so i try and sleep for hours then i just end up starving my self because when i get tired i want to eat. But if i eat i wont sleep even longer. My Average sleeping schedule is 530am-230pm. This is not healthy, i need to get back on a normal schedule before school. Any tips? (and yes im posting this at 5 am.)
