Database help.

Say I have a database of accounts in Microsoft Excel, and it is organized as:

User[tab]Item
User[tab]Item
User[tab]Item
User[tab]Item

How can I get it to delete multiple same users?(numbers)[/tab][/tab][/tab][/tab]
