ipod touch not turning on

I was playing bejeweled 2 and all of the sudden BAM! It turned off and it wont start up again.

I tried DFU but when it restores the ipod it restarts it but it wont start up again. Does any one know how to fix this?

Holding down the sleep and home button should have worke, try it again for 1 min. If that doesn't work than take it by a Apple store or Best Buy and they will be able to fix it

What's DFU?

Just restore the backup?
Hold the Power/Home button for a couple of min or until the light shows..

Tried that. I held the home+power button for 2 minutes and nothing happened.

Hold it longer? Til the light shows then let it load.

Yes it is. Please help me xD

It only turns on when I use the AC adapter and when I unplug it, it turns off
