Lol, it's ugly. But it is a small piece of pan seared black fin tuna. I did this as a joke to my father for demanding we hurry up in the kitchen with his food. He insulted me as a chef. So I threw a piece of this tuna that was marinated in Sherry, sesame seed oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and garlic, and coated with hoisin sauce on a plate. Was looking for something to garnish it with, and all i could find was a little lettuce and New Orleans style olive dressing. Threw that on there and decorated the plate with some more hoisin sauce.
Thomas forced me to enter. Well more like demanded it when I said I was cooking.

A basic French Clafouti made of apple, blackberries, and strawberry. A French clafouti is a custard like dish made of flour, sugar, egg, and milk, with layers of fruit baked inside of it (apple in this case). The garnish on top is blackberry and strawberry topped off with a little cinnamon/nutmeg mix.
It's best served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, but i didn't have any D:

A pasta dish using angel hair pasta. The sauce is made with grilled lobster tail meat, sweet basil, cream, 3 cheeses, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, a bit of onion powder, and some secret ingredients. Served with a poached egg. :]
Before you ask--No, it is not burnt, its just the herbs and the lighting lol I promise.
Baked spaghetti noodle alfredo with sundried tomatoes, garlic, A mix of cheeses and my own wine/cheese sauce I came up with.
I worked hard and I hope it looks decent. ^___^
