My favorite is microsoft. I used to love Nintendo, but the Wii was so damn crappy.
The PS3 is so over priced, and it is mostly sports oriented (if you like that crap)
My favorite major video game company is Sony. Since they first came out with the Playstation, i've been hooked. THe controller is easy to use, and the games are great to play.
And the fact that everything is free for the Playstation, internet, online play, and most of the other things, is great plus as well.
Nintendo, all the fucking way. I grew up on that shit, and still love it to death.
Also, I like how everyone is focusing on consoles as opposed to developers. Nintendo is my favorite developer, not favorite console. Because there's more to gaming than consoles.
I like how the good games are coming out for the 360 but, Microsoft is getting kinda cocky now, I mean upping the price for XBL, really? Microsoft doesn't need more money...
Sony is awesome because they think about the future for us, I mean they give us the better value, Blue Ray, (True) First motion scening controller, ect. Plus free Live and Free Movies/Tv shows...
i like nintendo, but only the super nintendo with mario all-stars...best game ever.. but if it was my fave today it would have to be sony...i love ratchet and clank! ;P
Haha, just looked through the thread and most people really did list console developers. >W<
inorite. It drives me insane. I guess because I'm a video game buff, and I find it absurd that these people think that three companies are popping out these games of such variety so fast. Sony is greater than Microsoft because a game made by a complete third party that could just as easily publish said game for the Xbox decided to publish it for the PS3. Or, to analogize, Wal-Mart is better than K-Mart because I like Pepsi.

Exactly, heck, I don't even think Microsoft's standalone game studio has ever produced anything popular for the Xbox itself without a third party.
