Doing 75 sit-ups a day for 3 days, then trying to jump = bad idea

Yes, I can bench 150 with reasonable effort, and I do a lot of the manual moving on housecleaning days.

I can do upto 200 if I tried, but it's a bit exhausting.

Understandable. I work out frequently. I can't squat for shit though. Bad knee.

Do two sets of 60 every other day, on top of daily hour long workout plan.

Being a string bean don't mean shiz for actual strength, though.

I wouldn't top 120 pounds, myself, and I can bench 150 decently well.
